QUALITY POLICY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Within the scope of its operations, DOO TIM BANATSKI KARLOVAC (Prvomajska 52 and JNA bb, 16 and 18, Banatski Karlovac) is engaged in the production of polyethylene packaging. Our obligation is to consistently provide our customers with safe and health-compliant product that meets all relevant regulations and standards, using only verified and safe raw materials. To ensure this, we continuously implement a range of preventive measures integrated into the ISO 22000:2018 standard.

DOO TIM BANATSKI KARLOVAC is firmly committed to the following:

• Ensuring that the current policy is aligned with the organization’s purpose and context

• Procuring raw materials for further processing and sales exclusively from verified suppliers, taking steps to improve supplier quality, and establishing strong partnership relations with them
• Applying the requirements of the ISO 22000 standard across all stages of production, processing, and distribution—from incoming raw materials to the final product—with the goal of effective risk management and product safety assurance
• Demonstrating a commitment to meeting all applicable product safety requirements, including legal and regulatory requirements, as well as mutually agreed customer requirements related to product safety
• Providing continuous training for employees on the importance of product safety and the application of ISO 22000 requirements
• Ensuring that employees are aware of their individual responsibilities in implementing work instructions and guidelines in processes that affect product quality and safety
• Enabling product traceability and fostering transparent communication with the market
• Maintaining and continuously improving the product safety management system
• Delivering high-quality and safe products to our customers

The management of LLC TIM BANATSKI KARLOVAC, together with all employees, is committed to the continuous improvement of the integrated quality and environmental management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, in the field of polyethylene packaging and film production, as well as polyethylene recycling. In this way, the company’s leadership fulfills its mission and vision of being a leader in the production and distribution of plastic products and polyethylene recycling.
